- Stress levels
- Activity and exercise data (e.g. steps, workouts)

- Other daily check-in inputs you provide

- Date of birth (for biological age calculations)

2.3 Derived & Technical Data
- Biological age metrics and calculations
- Streak information (rejuvenation streaks)
- Device information, timezone, app version and platform

3. How We Collect Your Data

Data is collected through user input. You provide information directly when you:
- Create an account
- Complete daily check-ins (sleep, stress, activity, nutrition, etc.)
- Use in-app features and enter any requested information

We do not collect this wellness and activity data from third-party sources; it comes solely from what you enter in the app.

4. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:
- Generate AI insights: to provide personalized insights, recommendations, and biological age–related analysis based on your inputs
- Operate the app: account management, authentication, and personalized features (e.g. streaks, progress)
- Improve our services: to analyze usage patterns and improve the product (using anonymized data where possible)
- Communicate with you: to send important service updates (you can opt out)

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services to operate the app:

- **OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.)**: We use OpenAI to process user-provided data to generate AI insights, recommendations, and related analysis. Data sent to OpenAI is processed according to their privacy policy and our agreement with them. We only process your data with OpenAI after you explicitly agree in the app during sign-up or before AI features are enabled. OpenAI may process data in the United States or other countries where it operates, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- **Firebase / Google Cloud**: For hosting, authentication, and secure data storage.
- **Apple**: For subscription management and payment processing (if applicable).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with the above service providers to deliver and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used only as described in this policy (e.g. to provide the service, generate AI insights, and operate the app).

7. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:
- **Encryption in transit**: Data is encrypted in transit (e.g. via TLS/HTTPS) when sent between your device and our servers and when shared with our service providers.
- Encryption at rest where applicable
- Secure authentication mechanisms

- Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud Platform).
- We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active.
- Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal purposes.

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may be transferred to the new entity.

Verileriniz kullanıcı girişi (user input) yoluyla toplanmaktadır; hesap oluşturma ve günlük check-in’ler sırasında sizin tarafınızdan sağlanan bilgiler kullanılmaktadır.

Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmamaktadır.

7. Veri Güvenliği

Kişisel verileriniz aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (encryption in transit). Ayrıca uygun teknik ve idari tedbirler, güvenli kimlik doğrulama ve düzenli güvenlik değerlendirmeleri uygulanmaktadır.

Başvurunuzda kimliğinizi tespit edici bilgiler ve talep ettiğiniz hak kapsamındaki açıklamalarınızı içeren yazılı başvurunuzu iletebilirsiniz. Yanıt, başvurunun alındığı tarihten itibaren en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde tarafınıza iletilecektir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu aydınlatma metni güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulacak ve güncellenmiş metni kabul etmeniz istenecektir.
